PREPAY OPTIONS
In order to help eliminate credit card processing fees, which occur with each transaction, there is optional pre-pay opportunities provided at a discounted rate. Pre-pay discount is offered in blocks of 4, 8, or 12 treatment sessions.

*All therapy sessions are one clinical hour, which is 50 minutes in length, followed by 10 minutes of note writing and appointment scheduling.
Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, cash, check and credit card will be accepted.
Millstone Therapy Group LLC is often covered as an “Out-of-Network” cost by insurance benefits. It is recommended to contact your insurance company to determine what percentage is covered by “Out-of-Network” therapy and to keep updated about details of your specific plan. Plans that exclude “Out-Of-Network” visits will not be eligible for reimbursement. It is up to you to investigate your coverage. Therapy is also frequently reimbursable through HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) arrangements. Millstone Therapy Group LLC will provide you with an invoice for all occupational therapy sessions and Super Bill with codes per session, which you can submit to your insurance company.
